Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment or shorten your service time without a reduction in price.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service price.

You may reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Zen Lin Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

All prices listed on the Website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Website. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
